A beautiful upper arm bracelet or armlet from Tunisia known as Qbur Malwiya.  The armlet tests as silver and has a twisted thick silver tube around which a thinner silver wire is wrapped. The finials are bulbous. It is in excellent vintage condition.

A similar bracelet (but much less substantial) can be seen in the Quai Branly Museum's online collection. (71.1964.18.31)

21 cm (8 1/4") inner circumference with an extra 2.5 cm (1") gap. Width is 1 cm (7/16") and  bulbs have a diameter of 2.5 cm (1"). Weight is 160 g on my postal scales.
